Meet the voices
inside you
An interactive guide to understanding the inner voices that drive your behaviour, protect your wounds, and — when you learn to listen — can help you lead from the inside out.
You are not one voice.
You are many.
Inside each of us there is not a single, unified "self" giving instructions. There is a community — different inner voices, each with their own perspective, their own fear, and their own way of trying to keep you safe.
Some members are cautious and plan ahead. Some react when things get hard. Some are young and carry old wounds. And somewhere inside — often buried — there is a calm, clear leader who can work with all of them. That leader is your Self.
Four types of inner voices
Every voice belongs to one of four groups — each with a different role in your inner world.

Tap any voice to learn who it is, what it says, and why it exists. Each one is trying to help — in the only way it knows.
Every protector has
a wound it is guarding
Defensive and Emergency Blockers don't appear randomly. They form around an old wound — a deep belief formed in childhood — and their entire job is to make sure that wound never gets activated again.
The Defensive Blocker tries to prevent the wound from ever being touched — through control, performance, or people-pleasing.
When that fails, the Emergency Blocker rushes in to extinguish the pain — by shutting down, escaping, or acting out.
Both are protecting the same wound. Both are doing their best.
Fear of Performing — "I am not enough unless I achieve something"
Fear of Belonging — "I will be left out or abandoned"
Fear of Self-Worth — "There is something fundamentally wrong with me"
Do you recognise
these voices?

you recognise in yourself?
Tap each question to reflect. There are no right or wrong answers — just honest noticing.
Your voices are not
your enemies
Every voice you have — however loud, however disruptive — formed to protect something real. The path forward is not to silence them, but to understand them. To lead from the inside out.
Awareness is where change begins. If you are ready to go deeper — to map your own voice system, understand your wounds, and build the capacity to lead from your Self — the MCPI-44 assessment is your next step.
