Two tracks, one journey

Both tracks follow the same calendar: a new module roughly every four weeks, from late January to June.

Each module is two 3-hour sessions, one week apart. For leaders outside Barcelona or with travel-heavy roles.

How deep do you want to go?
It's one journey, and you choose how far into it you go. Every level includes your LeaderNess assessment, group sessions with your cohort and one-to-one work with one of us. Each level builds on the one before, so you can go deeper whenever you're ready: what you've paid counts in full.

Questions
What if I miss a session?
Each module has a recap and catch-up material, and your coach will cover it with you.
Can I switch tracks?
Before Module 1, yes, if there's space. Later on it's possible, but not the default.
Can I start with Discover and continue later?
Yes. What you've paid counts in full toward Grow or Transform, so you only pay the difference, and you keep your webinar rate. Just decide before the next module starts.
Is it confidential?
Yes. What's shared in the cohort stays in the cohort.
Is this therapy?
No. It goes deep, but it's leadership development with a clear focus on how you lead.
Do I have to attend a webinar to apply?
No, but we recommend it. It's the best way to feel how we work, and applying within 7 days of attending saves you 10–25%, depending on your step.
How are participants selected?
Through a short application; if you'd like to talk first, book a 20-minute call. We look for leaders ready to commit and a cohort with a good mix of roles and companies.
